Questions
What are good employee survey questions?
Good questions cover one idea each, use everyday words, and ask about things the organization can change. Workload, manager support, trust, growth and fairness are the usual starting points.
Should employee surveys be anonymous?
Anonymous surveys usually get more honest answers. Report results only for groups of 5 or more people so no individual can be identified.
How often should we run an employee survey?
Many organizations run one annual survey and short pulses between. Run it only as often as the organization can act on the results.
