Questions
What is an employee satisfaction survey?
An employee satisfaction survey asks how content people are with the job, their manager, pay, the workplace and the organization. It is usually scored on a 5-point satisfaction scale.
How many questions should a satisfaction survey have?
15 to 25 questions is enough for most organizations. Longer surveys lose people before the end.
